INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup cream cheese
3/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (I used my gluten free mix)
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks (I used one bag of chunks)
Mix butter, cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract.
Mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt.
Add dry to wet.
Add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes.
